Lean Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to drive factory flow optimization and continuous improvement across our production facilities. The role will focus on analyzing end‑to‑end material movement, redesigning layouts, and implementing lean tools to increase efficiency and throughput.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze end‑to‑end manufacturing and material flow and create current‑state and future‑state flow maps.
• Lead facility layout redesign projects to support production growth and reduce material travel distance.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform line balancing, capacity analysis and reduce lead time and WIP.
• Drive Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events and implementation of pull‑system and flow‑manufacturing concepts.
• Develop KPI dashboards and monitor metrics such as lead time, throughput, OEE, capacity utilization and space utilization.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, maintenance, quality, finance and operations to lead cross‑functional improvement teams.
• Support capital investment planning, equipment relocation and new product introduction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing flow analysis and layout optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Kaizen events and cross‑functional improvement teams.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with experience building KPI dashboards.
• Excellent collaboration skills with multiple internal functions.
