Lean Manufacturing Coordinator – Bosch Production System

About the role

As a Lean Manufacturing Coordinator you will champion the Bosch Production System (BPS) within the plant, driving continuous improvement and supporting the overall CIP roadmap. You will train, coach and guide employees to embed lean principles in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a BPS implementation strategy for designated departments.
• Conduct training sessions on BPS methodology, problem‑solving techniques and lean tools for operators, team leaders and supervisors.
• Lead Kaizen events, "speed weeks" and other improvement projects using Value Stream Mapping, Kanban and Standardized Work.
• Monitor BPS maturity, create KPI dashboards and track progress toward improvement targets.
• Maintain BPS documentation in line with the Quality Management System and prepare for internal and external audits.
• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives to enhance process efficiency and material flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPS, lean manufacturing or industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience applying problem‑solving methods such as Six Sigma, 5 Whys or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and cross‑functional collaboration.
