About the role
The Leadership Coach will support the IMPACT Arkansas Principal Fellows program at the University of Arkansas. Reporting to program leadership, the coach will guide emerging educational leaders through a structured coaching curriculum, fostering professional growth and impact within Arkansas schools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions for Principal Fellows.
- Design and facilitate leadership development workshops and reflective activities.
- Provide actionable feedback and progress tracking aligned with program goals.
- Collaborate with university faculty, staff, and external partners to integrate resources.
- Maintain accurate records of coaching interactions and outcomes.
Required profile
- Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees or graduate assistants).
- Demonstrated experience in leadership development or coaching within education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the mission of improving Arkansas schools.
