Lead UI Developer – React Front‑End Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead UI Developer to act as the technical lead and primary front‑end architect for our DocFinity Enterprise Content Management platform. You will drive the design, development, and modernization of enterprise web applications, turning legacy interfaces into modern, accessible React solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for front‑end initiatives, defining architecture, standards, and coding guidelines.
• Lead migration of legacy UI to React.js, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive, accessible user interfaces and reusable component libraries.
• Collaborate with back‑end teams to integrate APIs and enterprise data sources.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and contribute to UX strategy.
• Implement automated testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end, visual regression) and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best‑practice UI/UX principles.

Required profile

• Hands‑on technical leader with experience guiding front‑end teams through the full SDLC.
• Strong collaborator who works closely with product owners, designers, and back‑end engineers.
• Proven ability to mentor and elevate the skill set of development teams.
