Lead Trainer & Course Creator – AI Content Curation

About the role

Papigen is seeking a Lead Trainer and Course Creator to design and deliver an upskilling program for knowledge‑management professionals moving into AI‑enabled content curation roles. The position will define enterprise standards, build training frameworks, and ensure adoption of new practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define an enterprise‑wide “Gold Standard” for content curation, including metadata frameworks, taxonomy structures, and quality‑assurance protocols.
• Document end‑to‑end curation workflows covering sourcing, validation, transformation, and publishing.
• Conduct capability‑gap assessments to benchmark current staff skills against required standards.
• Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum on advanced data curation, metadata governance, and AI‑enabled content workflows.
• Create training materials such as manuals, guides, assessment tools, and digital learning content.
• Deliver instructor‑led and virtual training sessions to large user groups.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through post‑training assessments and continuous feedback loops.
• Align training outputs with operational goals to drive practice adoption.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in knowledge management, content curation, or digital library systems.
• Strong expertise in metadata governance and taxonomy design.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver large‑scale training programs.
