Lead Technical Recruiter – Founding Team

About the role

Pallet is seeking its first Lead Technical Recruiter to join the founding team in San Francisco. In this high‑impact individual contributor role you will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for the engineering organization as the company scales from 100 to 200+ employees.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Talent, engineering leaders and founders to define hiring strategies for Product, Platform, Full‑Stack, and AI/ML roles.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain pipelines of high‑quality technical candidates using market research and networking.
• Act as a strategic advisor to engineering teams, providing insights on talent market trends and hiring best practices.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and metrics to support rapid growth.

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling engineering teams in fast‑moving startups or high‑growth tech companies.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously and influence senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of technical roles and product roadmaps.
