About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Stylist for its Orland Park Mall store in Chicago. The role blends fashion expertise with customer‑focused service, guiding shoppers toward the latest Levi’s looks while supporting store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach associates to deliver a premium, brand‑consistent customer experience.
• Recommend outfit combinations that reflect current trends, promotions, and the Levi’s service approach.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and the omni‑channel experience.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and partner with management on escalated issues.
• Oversee cash handling, shipment processing, floor set‑up, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining visual standards.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Adopt new in‑store technologies and ensure compliance with all store policies.
