Lead Stylist Key Holder

About the role

Levi's® Outlet Store in Orlando International is seeking a Lead Stylist Key Holder to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will blend customer service, sales, and visual merchandising while coaching teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach brand standards to ensure a memorable customer experience.
• Drive sales by supporting the leadership team in maximizing opportunities.
• Assist with product placement, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Train and mentor staff on Levi's selling practices and customer service.
• Maintain compliance with all store policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Consumer‑centric, open‑minded, and proactive.
• Embodies originality, integrity, empathy, and courage.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
