About the role
The Lead Student Pastor will oversee the Student Ministry at Pinelake Church’s Starkville Campus, guiding staff and servant leaders to nurture spiritual growth among students and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, shepherd, and guide the Student Ministry staff and servant leaders.
- Execute the campus vision and coordinate curriculum, events, and worship for Student Ministry.
- Develop staff and leaders to equip students as multiplying disciples who learn from, live in, and lead others to Christ.
- Create and lead discipleship plans for students and parents, providing regular growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Deep personal relationship with Jesus, committed to prayer and Bible study.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and disciple individuals, fostering spiritual growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with diverse groups.
- Ability to lead and manage both exempt and non‑exempt personnel.
