Lead SAP Training Specialist

About the role

The Lead SAP Training Specialist will design and execute learning and adoption strategies for SAP across multiple releases and regions. This remote position drives scalable capability building, digital learning, and aligns training with change‑management initiatives to ensure operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Own the learning and adoption approach for SAP programs, defining strategy, governance, standards, and adoption metrics.
• Lead global, multi‑wave training deployments, handling localization, regional scheduling, and scalable delivery models.
• Drive digital learning solutions such as in‑app guidance, simulations, searchable knowledge bases, and on‑demand learning paths.
• Integrate training with broader change‑management efforts, including stakeholder readiness, communications, reinforcement, and super‑user networks.
• Advise leadership on readiness, risk, proficiency gaps, compliance, and operational impact mitigation.
• Build, mentor, and transition training teams to sustain business‑as‑usual training and onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP training, capability building, or organizational change management.
• Proven track record of leading global training deployments and digital learning initiatives.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
