Lead React Developer – Front‑End Team Lead

About the role

Cyient, Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Lead React Developer to drive the creation of high‑performance web applications. You will lead a front‑end team, shape architecture, and ensure exceptional user experiences across our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver complex web applications using React.js and related technologies.
• Mentor and guide a team of front‑end developers, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and efficient front‑end solutions following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back‑end engineers to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce code quality standards.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations for fast, responsive applications.
• Stay current with emerging front‑end technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment and maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional front‑end development experience, including at least 3 years leading React.js teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
