Lead Product Manager – Technical (CI/CD Infra & SCM)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Lead Product Manager – Technical to own the roadmap and delivery of core CI/CD and SCM platforms within the Mastercard Software Builders Experience (MSBX). You will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, resilience, and security of Jenkins, GitHub Enterprise Cloud, and GitHub Actions runner infrastructure that power thousands of daily pipeline executions.

Key responsibilities

• Scale and manage the GitHub Actions runner fleet across GitHub‑hosted, self‑hosted, AWS, Azure, and Mastercard Kubernetes Service (MKS) environments.
• Ensure Jenkins platform (open‑source and CloudBees) can handle double the current on‑premises load, including HA/HS validation and cloud‑native deployment.
• Lead migration strategy from Bitbucket to GitHub Enterprise Cloud, covering automated migration, permission mapping, and self‑service tooling.
• Collaborate with pipeline and workflow teams to integrate platform capabilities seamlessly into the broader DevFlow toolchain.
• Prioritize investments that deliver the widest impact for Mastercard’s 11,000+ software engineers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product roadmaps for CI/CD or build automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of software engineering workflows and the needs of developer communities.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional engineering teams and earn trust through deep listening and problem solving.
