Lead Power Platform Developer SME

About the role

CACI's Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a Lead Power Platform Developer SME in Ashburn, Virginia, to support a key Department of Defense program. You will lead and mentor a team of Power Platform developers in an Agile Scrum team, reporting progress at daily stand-ups and collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements. The position requires a Secret clearance and up to 10% local travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior, mid and senior Power Platform developers, enforce development standards and lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
• Design and deliver scalable Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Pages aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations, and Power Automate and process workflows.
• Extend Model-Driven Apps with C# plugins, web resources and PCF components.
• Work with business owners and mission partners to prototype proof-of-concept solutions.
• Maintain backlogs in ADO or Jira, enforce ALM best practices across government environments, assist business analysts and manage user tickets.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with an active Secret DoD security clearance (interim acceptable).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of related technical experience.
• Comfortable working on a Scrumban team, leading a team of developers and with limited oversight.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Platform: Model-driven and Canvas apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, Portal Management MDA, Power Apps Pipeline.
• Azure environment.
• C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, FetchXML.
• Power BI reports, charts and graphs; Power Automate and process workflows.
