Lead Logistics CX Team Leader

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Lead Logistics CX Team Leader to manage a team of agents responsible for a portfolio of customers. The role focuses on optimizing delivery of both non‑physical and subcontracted physical products, providing proactive support, and driving issue resolution within a defined geography.

Key responsibilities

• Train, coach, and lead team members to achieve high performance.
• Drive transformation initiatives and change‑management projects.
• Ensure compliance with client‑specific SOP/IOP processes and monitor related KPIs.
• Onboard new team members and maintain the team’s skill matrix.
• Build strong client relationships, understand their business needs, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Resolve client problems by engaging relevant stakeholders for timely solutions.
• Set clear objectives, guide the team toward performance standards, and attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Participate in new account implementations, including project calls, SOP mapping, and system configuration.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing direct or indirect reports.
• Background in customer‑service management within International Transport, Logistics, or Freight.
• Comprehensive knowledge of end‑to‑end logistics processes.
• Strong collaboration, influence, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Result‑oriented, self‑driven with a high sense of urgency.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for business conversations.
