About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Lead Landscaper to maintain and enhance the outdoor grounds of its facilities. This full‑time, year‑round position involves hands‑on work and supervising a junior groundskeeper during the landscaping season.

Key responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and garden upkeep.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely, including commercial mowers and snowplows.
• Maintain parking lots, walkways, and irrigation systems; sweep, pressure‑wash, and install new grass as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors for pest control, tree services, and specialized maintenance.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and perform light snow removal in winter.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to supervise a junior groundskeeper.

Required skills

• Operation of commercial landscaping equipment and snowplow.
• Knowledge of turf care, plantings, and irrigation systems.
• Equipment repair and troubleshooting.
