About the role

Moxie is seeking a Lead, Knowledge & Learning Systems to turn scattered expertise into a unified, self‑service knowledge platform for both employees and customers. This greenfield position will define the learning infrastructure that supports rapid scaling, from onboarding new hires to educating external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive content governance framework, establishing documentation standards, ownership models, and maintenance cycles for internal and external knowledge bases.
• Evaluate, select, and roll out a company‑wide Learning Management System (LMS) that serves employees and customers, aiming to deflect 20‑30% of “how‑to” support tickets.
• Create role‑specific learning paths covering new‑hire onboarding, ongoing enablement, product launches, and process updates, with measurable improvements in time‑to‑productivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience building knowledge systems from scratch with demonstrable impact on training efficiency or support deflection.
• Data‑driven mindset able to analyze support tickets, search queries, and user behavior to prioritize content gaps.
• Strong cross‑functional influence without direct authority, partnering with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations.
• Systems‑thinking and process‑design expertise for governance frameworks, taxonomies, and scalable maintenance cycles.
• Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity, delivering quick wins while building long‑term infrastructure.
