Lead Installer – Home Improvement

About the role

Renuity is seeking a Lead Installer to perform Kohler product installations in residential homes across the Portland area. The role involves delivering high‑quality workmanship while representing Renuity and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install Kohler products and complete finish carpentry tasks in homes.
• Ensure all jobs are finished on schedule with accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on‑site issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and manage trailer logistics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finish carpentry and residential remodeling.
• Working knowledge of valves, drains, drywall finishing, painting, and flooring.
• Plumbing and wet‑area bath remodeling experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
