Lead GenAI / AI-ML SME

About the role

An experienced AI/ML professional is sought to lead the design and delivery of agentic AI solutions focused on network anomaly detection, incident investigation and operational intelligence. The role is listed as a contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-powered agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Build and enhance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using network and operational data.
• Lead prompt engineering, tool-calling, agent orchestration and AI solution architecture.
• Work with architects, engineers, product teams and client stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable AI capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture discussions and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Strong Python development experience with GenAI/LLM-based applications.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, structured outputs and agent orchestration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: experience in network operations, telecommunications, anomaly detection or incident management; knowledge of cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP); AI/ML, cloud or telecom certifications.
