Lead Customer Insights & Data Analyst

About the role

The Lead Customer Insights & Data Analyst will drive advanced analytics initiatives that turn large internal and external data sets into actionable insights for Ryder’s Marketing team and broader business objectives. This senior technical role blends deep analytical expertise with project leadership, ensuring insights are delivered clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Own project planning, define scope, timelines and deliverables, and guide complex ad‑hoc reporting requests.
• Create and maintain scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Lead comprehensive customer and market analyses, including sizing, share analysis, growth trends, segmentation and other advanced studies.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, conduct periodic audits, validation and quality checks.
• Serve as a technical leader for the team’s data assets, organizing and enhancing data resources.
• Communicate progress, challenges and results to stakeholders and leadership throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Highly experienced technical professional comfortable working with large data sets.
• Proven ability to manage complex analytical requests and deliver business‑focused recommendations.
• Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, IT and other business units.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on improving data processes and reporting methodologies.
