Lead Consultant – Remote

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking driven, self‑motivated Lead Consultants to empower enterprise customers with best‑of‑breed cloud‑based technology. In this remote, full‑time position you will lead a team delivering strategic enhancements for Veeva Vault products and partner with some of the company’s largest, most complex customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT operations for customers using Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions.
• Act as primary liaison, coordinating communication between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and third‑party partners.
• Oversee customer release management programs, including resource planning, tracking, and forecasting.
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Support, Consulting, or Product Management.
• Proven track record leading implementations or IT operations as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into creative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Required skills

• Experience with Veeva Vault.
• Familiarity with Documentum, OpenText, SharePoint, MasterControl, TrackWise QMS, Siebel CTMS, InForm EDC, RAVE.
• PMP certification (preferred).
