Lead Analytics Consultant

About the role

Lead Analytics Consultant at Aimpoint Digital will drive data analytics projects, build analytics products, and coach organizations to maximize business value through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end analytics projects independently, including dashboard development, process automation, and data platform modernization.
• Lead consulting teams of 1‑3 members, manage stakeholder expectations, define scope, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities, contribute to strategic account growth, and support pre‑sales activities.
• Develop and share best practices across the organization to strengthen delivery operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization.
• 2+ years overseeing technical delivery and project management of analytics consulting projects.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and balance multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Expertise in at least one of: Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, Python.
• Experience with cloud data warehousing technologies such as Databricks or Snowflake.
