Lead AI & Data Analytics Engineer

About the role

Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI‑enabled analytics products supporting federal acquisition and contract writing operations. This senior position requires a self‑starter who can engage directly with stakeholders, translate business needs into data solutions, and drive decision‑support capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI‑enabled analytics products using Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Power Platform, Advana, Jupiter, and Databricks.
• Develop data pipelines, reusable models, and analytics layers with SQL, Python, PySpark, and related tools.
• Integrate AI/ML, NLP, generative AI, and automated insight generation into dashboards and workflows.
• Partner with acquisition, contracting, program, and technical stakeholders to define and deliver high‑value use cases.
• Establish data quality, governance, documentation, and responsible AI standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, AI/ML, or analytics product development.
• Proven ability to lead use cases, manage ambiguity, and deliver results with limited oversight.
• Eligible to obtain a U.S. Government clearance.
• Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
