Lead Advanced Analyst, Consumer Product

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Advanced Analyst to support a consumer‑facing mobile app product team. You will drive strategic business and product decisions through in‑depth data analysis, experimentation, statistical modeling, and the development of metrics and reporting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Work with large, complex data sets using quantitative analysis, data mining, forecasting and experimental design to uncover trends that guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Data Science and other cross‑functional teams to deliver actionable insights and build reporting tools.
• Design, run and analyze experiments, including A/B tests, and apply causal methods when randomized trials aren’t available.
• Develop metrics and dimensions to monitor product and business performance and present findings to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 6+ years of industry experience and a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research).
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience partnering with product teams on analytics, experimental design, measurement and metric development.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in Python or R.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Experience with AI‑assisted analytics tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
