LDRP Registered Nurse – Night Shift Contract ($87.50/hr)

About the role

AdventHealth is seeking a Licensed Delivery Room Professional (LDRP) Registered Nurse for a night‑shift contract position. This 13‑week assignment offers 36 hours per week, working from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, and provides an opportunity to deliver coordinated, compassionate care in an acute hospital setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coordinated nursing care for assigned patients within the unit.
• Supervise and direct nursing personnel, using professional judgment and independent decision‑making.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop evidence‑based care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Document patient health data accurately and timely.
• Facilitate patient admission, discharge, and transfer in accordance with hospital policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital environment.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Strong critical‑thinking and abstract‑reasoning abilities.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic computer proficiency, able to navigate Microsoft Windows‑based programs.
