Late Night Crew Member

About the role
Join Wendy’s as a Late Night Crew Member and help deliver great food and service during the evening hours. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting both customers and teammates while enjoying flexible scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Stand and move throughout the shift to operate kitchen and front‑of‑house equipment.
- Use headsets, cash registers, and grills according to brand standards.
- Prepare menu items, serve customers, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant.
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and guests.
- Eagerness to learn new tasks and improve performance.
- Proactive problem‑solving – if something isn’t right, you fix it.
Required skills
- Cash register operation

- Headset usage for communication
