Lane Manager – Special Forces Training

About the role

The Lane Manager supports the Special Forces Qualification Course at the Pineland Training Area. You will oversee specific training lanes, ensuring exercises in unconventional warfare are executed safely and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for the cadre team and supervise designated training lanes.
• Coordinate with course cadre and other personnel to meet training objectives.
• Guide and mentor participants during exercises and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain inventory and accountability of lane-specific resources and equipment.
• Assist in evaluating trainee performance and provide feedback.

Required profile

• Former Special Forces NCO (Sergeant First Class or higher) or Warrant/Commissioned Officer with unconventional warfare expertise.
• Valid SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship or documented alien status.
• Ability to work in austere field environments under varied weather conditions.
• Good physical health cleared by a medical physician.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency in navigation using maps and landmarks.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
