Landscaping Sales Specialist

About the role

Frederick Landscaping, a family‑owned business serving homeowners, commercial managers and government agencies, is seeking a Landscaping Sales Specialist to drive new maintenance sales and grow existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads generated by digital marketing and convert them into maintenance contracts.
• Write proposals, present them to prospects, and ensure timely conversion.
• Network within the community to generate referrals and strategic partnerships.
• Upsell enhancement services to current clients and manage contract renewals.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly client meetings to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in landscaping, nursery, or a related green‑industry business.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance estimating and plant identification.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a robust CRM tool (required).
• Experience with LMN software (preferred).
• Tech‑savvy with general computer and software competence.

• Base salary of $55,000 with uncapped commission, total compensation $100,000+.
