Landscaping Installation Foreman

About the role

People Solutions Center is recruiting a Landscaping Installation Foreman for Naylor Landscape Management, a family‑owned company serving Southwest Michigan. The foreman will lead a small crew delivering high‑end residential hardscape projects such as patios, fire features, outdoor kitchens, lighting, and water features.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a small installation crew.
• Build high‑quality hardscape and landscape projects.
• Read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
• Coordinate materials and job‑site logistics.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience leading a landscape installation crew.
• 3+ years of landscape construction/installation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans.
• Experience operating landscape construction equipment and truck/trailer combinations.
• CDL‑A preferred or ability to obtain within 60–90 days.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

What we offer

• Pay $26–$34 per hour based on experience.
• $3,000 sign‑on bonus.
