Landscape Accounting Team Leader

About the role

Toll Landscape, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, is seeking a Landscape Accounting Team Leader to oversee the accounting function for its landscape design‑build‑maintain operations in Colmar, Pennsylvania. The role combines independent accounting work with leadership of an administrative support team to deliver accurate cost and financial information to construction operations and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and enhance operational reports, review AP batches, and process vendor insurance and cash receipts.
• Submit sales commissions and manage compliance for DOT, sales/use tax, internal audit, fixed assets, payroll, and legal/IT matters.
• Run reports on materials, nursery inventory, and contract grow management; support Sage software.
• Create senior management reports, including monthly and quarterly income statements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to complete annual budgets and conduct ongoing data analysis.
• Provide tax data for compliance, assist with fiscal year budgets, and support accounts payable approvals.
• Produce quarterly financial reports and manage, coach, and develop administrative professionals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in landscape or construction accounting with a focus on cost and overhead reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop an administrative team.
• Strong analytical skills to identify quantitative factors that improve profitability.
• Experience interfacing with corporate accounting and senior management.
