About the role

Infosys is seeking a Kofax Developer to join its Enterprise Application Integration Services team in Charlotte, NC. As a Technology Consultant 2, you will work on designing, building, and supporting imaging and document processing solutions using Kofax technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Document business requirements and contribute to the elicitation process.
• Participate in design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features or updates while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes and support production issue resolution.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements to implementation.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Hands‑on coding experience with a proactive testing approach.

Required skills

• Kofax imaging and document processing technologies.
• Microsoft SQL Server database expertise.
