About the role
Moog is seeking a Knowledge Management Business Partner to lead KM initiatives across its Western US operations. Based in Torrance, CA, you will work onsite with regional leaders to capture, store and share critical knowledge that drives operational excellence and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and lead a KM support team and regional steering committees.
- Develop and execute 1‑3 year KM strategies to close knowledge gaps.
- Partner with senior technical experts to capture and disseminate expertise.
- Align regional KM practices with Moog global standards and ISO/AS standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and lead organizational change initiatives.
- Travel up to 30% to support sites and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of operations, quality, or engineering experience in aerospace and defense.
- 3+ years of people‑leadership experience.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 compliance.
- Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and lead change.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
