Key Lead - The Mall at Rockingham Park

About the role

The Key Lead ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience at The Mall at Rockingham Park. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the role guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and the store achieves its daily sales targets. It is part of the store leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; supervisory or management experience not required
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, with 12-16 hours per week expected and more during peak times
