Key Lead - OKC Outlets Hollister

About the role

The Key Lead at the OKC Outlets Hollister store ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and the team's achievement of daily sales.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred; retail supervisory or management experience is not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, with a schedule of at least 12-16 hours per week, increasing during peak times.
