Key Lead - Hollister, The Mall of San Juan

About the role

The Key Lead at The Mall of San Juan Hollister store ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the role guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run effectively. It is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory or management experience required.
• Schedule varies weekly, with at least 12-16 hours per week; availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays, and longer hours during peak times.
