Key Lead - Abercrombie Kids, Oakbrook Center

About the role

The Key Lead at the Oakbrook Center Abercrombie Kids store ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and the store achieves its daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; supervisory or management experience not required
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred
• Availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays, with 12-16 hours per week expected and more during peak times

• Adaptability, flexibility and ability to balance multiple tasks
