Key Lead - Abercrombie Kids, Natick Mall

About the role

The Key Lead at the Natick Mall Abercrombie Kids store ensures every customer receives a quality in-store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the role guides and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and the store achieves its daily sales targets. The schedule varies weekly, with at least 12-16 hours per week expected, Saturday and Sunday availability, and extra hours during peak times.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; retail supervisory or management experience not required
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of current fashion trends
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive, adaptable and flexible, with a strong work ethic
