Key Account Manager – Clubs & Military (NYC)

About the role

Join Swarovski as a Key Account Manager focused on Clubs and Military accounts in New York City. You will work with a diverse, innovative team to grow strategic national and military accounts, driving both retention and expansion for a world‑renowned luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow national and military key accounts, maintaining deep knowledge of market offerings, pricing, and competitive positioning.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline, support regular sales reviews, and analyze account data to inform decisions.
• Achieve sales targets and strategic objectives for assigned accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on orders, collections, and feedback; identify improvement areas and lead solution development with internal teams.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities across retail environments and act quickly to secure competitive advantage.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of wholesale experience, preferably in beauty, liquor, or luxury sectors.
• Exposure to U.S. and Canadian markets; knowledge of North‑American contacts is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• High energy, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours.
• Based in New York City.
