Key Account Manager – Clubs & Military

About the role

Swarovski is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to lead its Clubs and Military segment in the United States. Based in New York City, you will work with a diverse team to grow national and military key accounts, ensuring the brand’s luxury positioning and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand national and military key accounts, maintaining deep knowledge of market offerings, pricing, and competition.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline, support regular sales reviews, and analyse account data to drive informed decisions.
• Achieve sales targets and strategic objectives while continuously assessing customer needs.
• Follow up on orders, collections, and feedback; identify improvement areas and collaborate with internal teams on solutions.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across retail environments, acting quickly to secure competitive advantage.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of wholesale experience, preferably in beauty, liquor, or luxury sectors.
• Exposure to U.S. and Canadian markets; knowledge of North‑American contacts is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, high energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours.
