About the role
Infosys is seeking a Kafka & PySpark Developer to join its Financial Services unit in Charlotte, Texas. You will work on data‑intensive applications that enable AI‑driven solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance clients.
Key responsibilities
- Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
- Participate in design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
- Develop, test and integrate new features into existing applications while ensuring system stability.
- Conduct code reviews, maintain code repositories and implement test strategies.
- Provide user training, documentation and support for smooth software transitions.
- Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
Required profile
- Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication abilities.
- Capability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from gathering to implementation.
- Aptitude for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
