Junior Web Developer (Digital Marketing Agency)

About the role

Healthcare Success is seeking a Junior Web Developer to support its digital‑first marketing agency. You will work on a variety of client websites, landing pages and web applications, helping to deliver high‑performing online campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop, troubleshoot and maintain client sites and CMS plugins (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
• Collaborate with SEO, product and design teams to translate technical specifications into functional web pages.
• Write clean, maintainable code using HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript (Vanilla, jQuery, React), PHP or Node.js.
• Use Git for version control and follow basic deployment workflows.
• Debug, test and resolve full‑stack development issues across multiple client projects.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience developing and managing client websites or web applications, preferably for a digital agency.
• Motivated to learn new technologies and apply basic SEO best practices.
• Ability to handle 5‑10 concurrent projects in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills and a “get it done” work ethic.

Required skills

• CMS development (WordPress, Drupal) and page‑builder tools (Webflow, Elementor, Divi, Oxygen).
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, ReactJS (plus familiarity with Next.js or Angular).
• Experience with Git, WP Engine hosting, DNS management.
• Ability to convert Adobe XD/Figma designs into code.
• Basic understanding of SEO, responsive design, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Freshpaint.
