Junior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior SEO Specialist to join our growing SEO team at TurnKey Marketing. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across technical SEO, local SEO, analytics, and content optimization for franchise auto dealerships nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day SEO tasks for a portfolio of dealership accounts.
• Perform on‑page optimizations on inventory, service and location pages.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles and manage local‑SEO listings.
• Conduct keyword research focused on local automotive search intent.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and performance using GA4, Google Search Console and SEO tools.
• Support technical SEO initiatives such as schema markup validation.
• Assist with competitor research and market analysis.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with paid media, content and account teams.
• Leverage cutting‑edge SEO tools and internal workflows to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, analytics or related fields (internship, freelance, coursework or personal projects accepted).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO platforms such as Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curiosity, coachability and a proactive mindset.
