Junior / Midweight Designer (Remote, US)

About the role

We are partnering with a respected independent branding and packaging agency to hire a Junior or Midweight Designer. This fully remote position works on EST hours and focuses on creating standout packaging, brand worlds, and visual identities for leading CPG brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop exceptional packaging design concepts for consumer products.
• Build compelling brand worlds and visual territories that resonate on‑shelf and beyond.
• Create identity systems and consumer‑facing brand assets.
• Think strategically while delivering high‑quality visual solutions.
• Apply strong craft, typography, and storytelling to all deliverables.

Required profile

• Experience in agency work or freelance projects related to CPG, FMCG, food & beverage, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across EST hours.
• Passion for creating visual solutions that connect with consumers.
