Junior Key Account Manager

About the role

The Junior Key Account Manager supports the Key Account Director by acting as the day‑to‑day liaison between key clients and internal teams. You will coordinate financial reporting, invoicing, forecasting, scorecards and process implementations to ensure client satisfaction and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage client financial reporting, invoicing and monthly volume forecasts.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and monthly EBIT reviews.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and daily activities against customer SOWs.
• Review weekly scorecards, flag deviations and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with key customers.
• Maintain strong internal relationships with operations, finance and other stakeholders.
• Support the execution of productivity and quality measurements for client services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or account management experience, preferably in supply‑chain or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Financial analysis capabilities.
