Junior ISR Collection Requirement Manager (GEOINT)

About the role

Amentum supports the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) J23 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) branch by developing and approving collection requirements across the USCENTCOM area of responsibility. Collection Managers ensure component requirements are prioritized and acted on, reducing intelligence gaps and guiding allocation decisions. The position is an 8-hour day shift.

Key responsibilities

• Work with analysts to identify intelligence needs, develop collection postures and strategies, and turn them into collection requirements, including prioritizing, tasking or coordinating with collection sources, monitoring results and re-tasking as needed.
• Support the solicitation, coordination, research, de-confliction, creation, registration, prioritization and validation of GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT and HUMINT collection requirements, using internal issue and requirements trackers and collection requirement programs of record.
• Translate requirements into discipline-specific language in line with SOPs and Combat Support Agency guidance.
• Research and manage USCENTCOM and Intelligence Community priorities, balancing time-sensitive requests with standing requirements, and maintain the Joint Intelligence Prioritized Collection List and Component Intelligence Collection List database.
• Monitor and update requestors on the status of collection requirements, and review requirements for relevance, resubmission or cancellation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or MOS equivalent.
• 4 years of intelligence experience.
• TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Preferred: AI experience if applicable to the program.
