Junior Graphic Designer – Production (Hybrid, Boston)

About the role

Our retail client is looking for two Junior Graphic Designers to join their Global Creative Studio. This is a production‑focused position where you will turn creative direction into digital marketing assets while collaborating closely with lead designers and the Global Ops Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a variety of creative projects such as global and regional emails, site components, social media assets, affiliate banners, out‑of‑home (OOH) and occasional print ads.
• Manage multiple overlapping projects, keep lead designers and coordinators informed of any issues, and meet tight deadlines.
• Route creative work for approvals, follow up regularly to stay on schedule, and prepare/upload final files to the company’s DAM system.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable and able to multitask in a fast‑paced design department.
• Strong collaborator with good communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback from several teammates.
• Creative, flexible, self‑directed problem‑solver with high attention to detail.
• Friendly, ego‑free attitude and grace under pressure.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in design.
• 2+ years of experience creating and designing special projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with project workflow tools such as Asana or ProWorkflow (preferred).
• Experience using a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
