Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join a fast‑growing infant and toddler apparel brand. You will work across digital, print, web and packaging projects, helping shape the visual identity of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate, design and produce artwork for web, email, paid and organic social collateral.
• Create branding, packaging, in‑store visuals and mailer designs.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing and other teams to ensure brand alignment and compelling messaging.
• Develop original assets from photography, video and ad copy, and occasionally manage freelancers or external agencies.
• Apply UX principles to improve web design.
• Design and execute A/B tests to refine visual strategies.
• Use Figma to design and deliver a variety of projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the apparel industry.
• Strong, fun‑focused portfolio demonstrating a modern aesthetic.
• Highly organized, motivated, proactive and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple development areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mac OS.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience using Figma for UI and graphic design.

What we offer

• Salary range $65,000‑$80,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
• Hybrid office schedule providing flexibility.
