Junior Graphic Designer – Corporate Partnerships

About the role

Golden State is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join its Corporate Partnership team in San Francisco. You will work closely with the Director of Partnership Insights, contributing to sales proposals, case studies, and a variety of partnership‑focused creative assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and collaborate on corporate partnership proposals for Chase Center, Golden State Warriors, and Santa Cruz Warriors.
• Create case studies that translate business challenges and activation goals into visual narratives.
• Design charts, graphs, diagrams, and infographics from complex data sets.
• Maintain departmental sales enablement materials, including brand reviews and partner recaps.
• Support creative requests such as event signage, invitations, and LED spec checks.
• Produce custom graphics, photo mock‑ups, and renderings aligned with business objectives.
• Assist the Insights team with broader commercial creative initiatives.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a creative agency or sports property.
• Portfolio demonstrating advertising or visual marketing work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
