Junior Facility Operations

About the role

Amentum is hiring a Junior Facility Operations specialist to support the United States Central Command J21 Facility Operations through the escorting and supervision of uncleared personnel in SCIFs. Facilities support is a critical function ensuring proper maintenance and care of the facilities, and the employer values candidates who can supervise and lead small teams to meet client needs. The schedule is an 8-hour day shift.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily escort and supervision services for uncleared personnel, especially the building cleaning crew.
• Provide custodial and uncleared worker escort support for J2 TS/SCI offices and facilities.
• Follow Amentum's safety, quality and procedure-compliance policies, including training, emergency response and safety committee participation.

Required profile

• 2 or more years of facility or security experience.
• TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Ability to supervise and lead small teams.
• Drug-free workplace; employment is contingent on passing a drug screening, which may include pre-hire screening for marijuana and other federally controlled substances because Amentum is a federal contractor.
