Junior Data Analyst

About the role

Ideaware is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support its U.S.-based client in the real‑estate technology sector. You will work remotely, handling MLS data ingestion, normalization, and quality assurance while collaborating with engineering and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support MLS data ingestion processes to ensure timely and accurate updates.
• Perform data cleansing, mapping, and normalization across multiple sources.
• Work with large, structured datasets to maintain consistency and usability.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on ETL workflows and pipeline development.
• Conduct data validation and quality‑assurance checks.
• Identify data inconsistencies and help improve data standards.
• Maintain documentation of data structures, mappings, and workflows.
• Explore new tools, including AI‑assisted solutions, to enhance productivity.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience with SQL and data manipulation techniques.
• Experience handling large datasets and structured data feeds.
• Proficiency in data cleansing, mapping, and normalization.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
