Junior Construction Superintendent – NYC Commercial Interiors

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Construction Superintendent to support commercial interior projects across Manhattan and the five boroughs. You will work alongside seasoned construction leaders, gaining exposure to high‑profile office fit‑outs, tenant improvements, and workplace renovations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance throughout each project phase.
• Support project delivery from mobilisation through close‑out, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Communicate regularly with project teams, clients, and building management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of construction experience, preferably on commercial interior projects.
• Background as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, Foreman, or similar role.
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced construction environments.
